Do you use this excuse to not dance?

Is this your excuse to not dance?
There is no room to dance?
When I was 17, I would spend an hour before going to school in my bedroom with the music pumping loud and I would dance.
I became so good at dancing on the spot, I didn’t need a dance space to get a workout.
Well today, working on my goal to get back into dancing, I danced for twenty minutes in a small space in my room. And it’s small because I also have a treadmill, view my walking for health blog here: https://melanietoyeswalkingforhealth.blogspot.com/?m=1
Twenty minutes might not seem like long or an hour like I used to do each morning but it’s one step closer to starting my goal.
I just felt like dancing. I was born to dance and I could have just not danced really. It would be that easy. So I made it easy, instead of expecting myself to dance in a big space, I just went full blast dancing as if no one was watching and just getting comfortable and confident with the act of dancing again.
I still face all of my dance negative thoughts such as I am too old etc while I dance but something overrides it when the music is on, the blinds are closed and I can just dance. It doesn’t matter what style or if it’s combined styles, or even if it’s just playful dancing, as long as I am moving, I am in my element.
Because dance will always be the number one talent I was born to do and maybe, definitely, showcase.
