Dance and fitness workout daily routine

When I was 17, I used to dance and I had a daily dance and fitness workout routine where I had a four-pack on my stomach. 

Do you want to learn more about my secret daily routine? 

Step 1- do this every day for a year. It took about 30 minutes each day and I used to wake up at 5:30am to do it.

For the below exercises, I repeated everything 3 times. 

The quantity below shows doing it once. Noting above I repeated the below three times in one sitting. 

*Please note I am not liable if you hurt yourself doing the following. I strongly suggest you take the below dance and fitness exercises and ask a fitness professional to teach you the correct way to perform each exercise. 

Stomach crunches x 50.

Bum lifts x 25

Bum leg curls x 25

Lay on back and lift right leg x 20 

Lay on back and lift left leg x 20 

Lay on side and lift leg x 20 

Repeat other side x 20

Still on your side, bend knees and lift knee up and down x 20

Repeat on other leg.

Now do the above again two more times.

My body shape

My body was super toned and my bottom was so tight when pulled in from the bum lifts. As I said earlier I had a four pack on my stomach. 

I do believe it’s from my daily fitness and dance routine. 

I did also dance and did some kayaking. I was very active. If I can do it, you can too.  

Body confidence 

My confidence in my body sky rocketed. I felt confident in a bikini because my entire body was toned and fit. I loved my waist. I was thin but not sickly thin. It was a nice fit thin.

By sticking to it daily, I enjoyed it 

Having a routine is important and having a workable plan works! Find out when to set thirty minutes aside each day to follow the above.
